TRANSFORMASI CSR DI ERA DIGITAL: STRATEGI INOVATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN DI INDONESIA

Abstrac: This study analyzes the transformation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the digital era and its impact on corporate value in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the research explores the role of technologies such as big data, blockchain, and social media in enhancing the transparency, and accountability of CSR programs. The findings indicate that technology-based CSR not only strengthens corporate relationships with stakeholders but also improves reputation, customer loyalty, and investor appeal. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure gaps and limited digital literacy remain significant barriers. This study recommends collaboration between government, corporation, and communities to maximize the potential of digital CSR in creating sustainable value for society and the environment.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)di era digital dan dampaknya terhadap nilai perusahaan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran teknologi seperti big data, blockchain, dan media sosial dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam program CSR. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CSR berbasis teknologi tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan perusahaan dengan pemangku kepentingan tetapi juga meningkatkan reputasi, loyalitas konsumen, daya tarik investor. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan infrastruktur teknologi dan kurangnya literasi digital masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini merekomenadasikan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, perusahaan, dan komunitas untuk memaksimalkan potensi CSR digital dalam menciptakan nilai keberlanjutan bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.
