Mathematics plays a crucial role in daily life, both in practical contexts and in the development of more advanced cognitive skills. Basic skills such as calculating, measuring, and solving problems involving data are essential in the modern era. Therefore, it is important for students to master mathematics, as it serves not only as a tool for solving real-life problems but also as the foundation for other fields of knowledge. Mathematics education at the primary school level aims to provide structured learning experiences that not only deliver content but also develop the basic competencies required to face life's challenges. These basic competencies include understanding mathematical concepts, applying them in various contexts, and solving everyday problems. The success of mathematics education is often measured through tests and evaluations, which assess how well students have acquired these competencies. However, many students still face difficulties in achieving these competencies, which can affect their overall mathematics learning outcomes.
