Abstract

This study analyzes employee training programs at the Learning & Development unit of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, focusing on planning, implementation, and their impact on performance. Utilizing a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through interviews with five informants, observations, literature, and documentation. Results indicate effective training program planning supported by a dedicated budget and digital platforms, although proposal governance could be more systematic. Implementation has fostered an interactive environment, but challenges like time management and external disruptions remain, which can be addressed with improved coordination. The programs positively impact competence, analytical skills, and team performance. Overall, the study highlights the effectiveness of training in enhancing human resource quality, helping the company compete in the insurance sector while integrating technology and providing scheduling flexibility.
