Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Gaya Kemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Usaha Cemerlang Esensial Kota Tangerang

Abstrak. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of organizational commitment and leadership style on employee performance at PT Usaha Cemerlang Esensial in Tangerang City. This research employs a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 90 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests.The results show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 26.147 + 0.363X₁, a correlation coefficient of 0.399, a coefficient of determination of 15.9%, and a t-value of 4.047 > 1.987 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings indicate that employee commitment makes a substantial contribution to improving performance. In contrast, leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 24.105 + 0.402X₂, a t-value of 0.207, and a significance level of 0.837 > 0.05. Although the regression coefficient is positive, its effect is not statistically significant. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance through the multiple regression equation Y = 15.795 + 0.314X₁ + 0.363X₂, with an F-value of 8.215 > 3.10 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 15.9% indicates the combined contribution of both variables to employee performance, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors outside this study.
