Abstract

This article discusses the efforts of SMA Negeri Magepanda in creating an excellent educational community through the implementation of effective learning and the strengthening of student character. Based on the school’s vision, which emphasizes both academic and non-academic excellence as well as the development of conscientious and compassionate individuals, the school applies various interactive, creative, and student-centered learning strategies. In addition, character education is developed through positive habits, role modeling, and activities that foster discipline and social awareness. The school also encourages healthy competitiveness, optimizes students’ potential according to their talents and interests, and creates a BERNAS environment (Clean, Beautiful, Friendly, Comfortable, Safe, and Cool) to support the learning process. Through this holistic approach, SMA Negeri Magepanda strives to build an excellent, character-driven, and sustainable educational ecosystem
