Abstract

The vision and mission of a school serve as the primary direction and foundation for implementing educational activities in every educational institution. SMA Mas Taqwa Beru, as an institution grounded in Islamic values, is committed to developing students who are faithful, possess strong character, and are competent in both academic and non-academic aspects. This study discusses how the implementation of the school’s vision and mission is realized through learning programs, character development, extracurricular activities, and a school culture that supports holistic student growth. The results show that the school consistently applies religious values, discipline, and responsibility in all learning activities. Additionally, the integration of academic and non-academic programs enhances student achievement and shapes positive attitudes that align with the goals of education. The implementation of the school’s vision and mission not only fosters a conducive school culture but also produces a generation capable of competing ethically and equipped with the potential to excel in the future.
