This article discusses the application of the 5th principle of Pancasila, namely "Social justice for all Indonesian people", in the context of Pancasila Ideology. Even though Pancasila as the basis of the state has been widely recognized and accepted, the implementation of the principles of social justice often encounters obstacles. This research was conducted using literature research to explore the factors that influence the low level of practice of the 5th principle in different social environments. The results show that there is a gap between Pancasila values and social realities, such as economic inequality, inequality in access to education and political participation. This review outlines strategic steps to strengthen the practice of the Fifth Principle, including character education, increased community engagement, and fair application of the law. We hope that this study can provide a broad and effective contribution to the understanding and practice of Pancasila ideology.
