Product quality is a critical determinant of competitiveness in the Muslim fashion MSME sector, which demands precision and consistent production standards. This study aims to identify dominant defect types, analyze root causes of product defects, and formulate improvement strategies in the production process of Delyana Hijab. The research uses the Seven Tools method and the 5W+1H approach supported by production and defect data from July to October 2025. Findings show a total of 1,169 defective units out of 31,420 produced units, with Instan Hijab contributing the highest defect rate (62%). The P-chart indicates that the production process remains statistically in control, although variations still occur due to common causes. Pareto and stratification analyses reveal sewing as the dominant defect source, while the fishbone diagram highlights four critical causal factors: human, method, machine, and material. Corrective actions based on the 5W+1H approach are proposed to reduce defect rates and enhance product quality consistency. Results confirm the practical relevance of Seven Tools for quality control in MSMEs and offer implications for continuous improvement within the Muslim fashion industry.
