This study aims to analyze the effects of average years of schooling, district/city minimum wages, and economic growth on the Labor Force Participation Rate in 27 regencies and cities in West Java Province from 2017 to 2024. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analytical method used is panel data regression, comprising 216 observations. Based on the Chow and Hausman tests, the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was selected as the most appropriate model. The results indicate that average years of schooling and district/city minimum wages have positive and significant effects on the Labor Force Participation Rate, while economic growth has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate. These findings highlight the importance of improving educational quality and implementing appropriate minimum wage policies to encourage labor force participation. This study recommends expanding access to education, strengthening vocational training, setting minimum wages in accordance with productivity, and promoting economic activities that create employment opportunities in West Java.
