The study's methodology is qualitative, and its goal is to ascertain how the management information system affects both productivity and customer satisfaction. A fulfilling product is one that can sufficiently fulfill a customer's needs. The study's findings indicate that, based on the indicators used to each variable, the management information system variable and the labor productivity variable are both in the good category. The correlation test indicates that the two variables have a strong or high association. Thus, it can be said that there is a connection between how the management information system affects satisfaction and production.
