KAIDAH KAIDAH FIQH DALAM MEMAHAMI HADIST AHKAM

Abstract

Understanding the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is an important aspect in the discipline of Islamic sciences, but often there are differences of opinion among scholars in understanding it. This study discusses the application of the rules of fiqh in understanding the hadith ahkam, with the aim of explaining the relationship between the rules of fiqh and the understanding of the hadith ahkam. The research method used is library research, by analyzing relevant primary and secondary sources. The results of the study indicate that the rules of fiqh have an important role in understanding the hadith ahkam, because the rules of fiqh function as methodological guidelines for interpreting and applying the law from the hadith ahkam. The rules of fiqh help resolve differences or contradictions between hadith, and ensure that the law taken remains in harmony with the Qur'an, the principles of sharia, and common sense. Some of the Islamic jurisprudence principles used in understanding the hadith of ahkam are the principles of "al-umur bi maqashidiha," "al-masyaqqah tajlib al-taysir," "al-darar yuzal," and "al-'adah muhakkamah." The conclusion of this study is that the principles of Islamic jurisprudence are closely related to the understanding of the hadith of ahkam, and they serve as methodological tools for interpreting and applying the laws of the hadith of ahkam.
