Abstract

Jaringan Fiber to the Home (FTTH) berbasis Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) memerlukan kualitas daya optik yang sesuai standar untuk menjamin keandalan layanan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis distribusi received power pada Fiber Access Terminal (FAT) FCRE07D03 menggunakan Optical Power Meter (OPM). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui pengukuran langsung pada 24 port FAT pada panjang gelombang 1310 nm. Data hasil pengukuran dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang meliputi nilai maksimum, minimum, rata-rata (mean), range, dan standar deviasi, kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar operasional jaringan GPON. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai received power berada pada rentang −15,32 dBm hingga −17,78 dBm dengan nilai rata-rata −16,77 dBm dan standar deviasi 0,63 dB. Seluruh port masih memenuhi rentang operasional GPON sehingga distribusi daya optik pada FAT dinilai baik dan layak mendukung kualitas layanan jaringan FTTH.
