One way to build a generation with national insight is through character education, one of which is through the Pancasila Student Profile. The purpose of this study was to examine how the Pancasila student profile has been implemented in the PjBL project-based learning model at SDN Sumberagung Jombang in order to foster cooperative character in first grade students. The approach used in this study was descriptive and qualitative. Inductive analysis was used to understand the data collected from interviews, notes, and observations. The researcher found that students' cooperative personalities increased when they used the PjBL model in class. Group projects and other forms of collaborative learning encourage students to give their best, support each other, and respect the thoughts and feelings of their peers. Planning ahead, actively involving students, involving teachers as facilitators, and using interesting learning media are factors that contribute to the success of this implementation. The findings of this study support the idea that the PjBL model can be a useful tool for early childhood educators who want to promote the importance of teamwork. Teachers should prioritize efficient use of class time, improve the quality of student guidance, and utilize creative forms of learning media to achieve better results in the classroom
