Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengelolaan Dana Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Mangunsari 01

The management of educational funds is a critical factor in supporting the smoothness of the learning process and improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies of the principal in managing educational funds at SDN Mangunsari 01. A mixed-methods approach was employed to gather qualitative and quantitative data through observation, interviews, documentation, and analysis of official financial documents. The results indicate that the principal implements a participatory, transparent, and accountable BOSB (School Operational Assistance) fund management strategy by involving teachers, the school committee, and other stakeholders. Budget planning is conducted through deliberative meetings; fund disbursement follows regulatory guidelines; and financial reports are openly communicated to parents and the wider community. Although the management practices are deemed effective, challenges remain, such as limitations in the financial information system and delays in government disbursements. This study offers practical recommendations to enhance the capacity of the fund-management team, strengthen transparency through digitalized reporting, and establish contingency mechanisms for anticipated funding delays.
