Penerapan Media Digital dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 1506 Bunut

Students' learning interest at SDN 1506 Bunut, particularly at the elementary school level, is still relatively low. This can be observed from the lack of enthusiasm and active participation of students during the learning process. This study aims to examine the planning, implementation, and improvement of students’ learning interest through the application of digital media in the learning process. The subjects of this study were 29 fifth-grade students of SDN 1506 Bunut. The research design used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model. Data were collected through observation, formative tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital media can improve students' learning interest. In the first cycle, the average student interest score was 63.75% (low category). In the second cycle, the average score increased to 82.5% (high category). This improvement shows that the use of more varied digital media tailored to students’ needs can effectively enhance their learning interest.
