Abstract

This article presents an analysis of five expert opinions regarding e-commerce, which is an important phenomenon in the current development of the digital economy. By gathering perspectives from experts in the fields of economics, information technology, and consumer behavior, this research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the impacts and challenges facing e-commerce. Expert opinions cover aspects such as technological innovation, changes in consumer behavior, transaction security, as well as social and economic impacts. The research results show that although e-commerce offers great opportunities for business growth and economic inclusion, challenges such as data security and regulation still need to be addressed. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for policy makers and industry players in developing better strategies in the digital era.
