Thedevelopment of artificial intelligence has significantly impacted the management of information systems in human resource management. This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence-based information systems that can optimize predictive analytics in HR management. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach through literature review, encompassing analysis of relevant journals, books, and articles. The findings indicate that the integration of artificial intelligence in HR management information systems can enhance the accuracy of predictions related to various aspects such as employee performance, turnover rates, and competency development needs. The analyzed system enables faster and more accurate decision-making compared to traditional methods. This research provides practical contributions for organizations in modernizing their HR management systems and opens opportunities for further development in the integration of AI technology with management information systems.
