Transformasi Digital: Peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Organisasi

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations in the face of rapid technological change. The role of management information systems (MIS) is very important in increasing operational efficiency, speeding up decision making, and optimizing resource allocation. This research aims to analyze the impact of SIM implementation on organizational performance, with a focus on how information technology is used to support business processes, increase productivity and reduce operational costs. This study also explores the challenges organizations face in the MIS adoption process as well as the factors that influence the success of digital transformation. With a better understanding of the role of MIS, organizations can maximize the benefits of digital technology to achieve competitive advantage.
