PEMANFAATAN BIG DATA DALAM MENDUKUNG STRATEGI BISNIS PADA PERUSAHAAN RETAIL

In the evolving digital era, big data has become a valuable asset for companies, particularly in the retail sector, for strategic decision-making and enhancing competitiveness. This research aims to explore how retail companies can effectively utilize big data to support their business strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the benefits and challenges in utilizing big data, as well as recommendations for retail companies looking to optimally adopt big data. The findings indicate that big data not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens customer relationships, thereby serving as a foundation for innovation and sustainable growth in the retail industry.
