Field Work Practice (PKL) is an important part of vocational education learning as it provides students with the opportunity to connect the competencies acquired at school with real-world experience in the workplace. However, the implementation of PKL mentoring still faces a number of obstacles, particularly in monitoring, documentation, communication between schools and industry partners, and the limited time available for supervisors to conduct direct monitoring. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Field Work Practice Management Information System (SIMPKL) as a technology- and partnership-based mentoring monitoring strategy at SMKN 3 Bojonegoro. The study employs a descriptive approach with collaborative inquiry stages including Assess, Design, Implement, as well as Measure, Reflect, and Change. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and monitoring and evaluation instruments using a Likert scale. The implementation results show that SIMPKL helps integrate data collection, reporting, monitoring, communication, and evaluation of PKL activities in a more structured manner. The reflection results also indicate an improvement in documentation regularity and student discipline in activity reporting, as well as support for communication between supervising teachers and industry partners. Nevertheless, the implementation still faces obstacles in the form of network instability at several PKL locations, variations in users' digital literacy skills, and the still suboptimal utilization of all features by industry partners. These findings suggest that the success of digital transformation in PKL mentoring is determined not only by the availability of technology but also by human resource readiness, infrastructure, collaboration, and continuous evaluation.
