The philosophy of Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping high-quality human resources, who excel not only intellectually but also possess moral and spiritual integrity. In the era of globalization, increasing complexity and competition demand individuals with comprehensive intelligence that encompasses knowledge, skills, and ethics rooted in Islamic values. The urgency of Islamic educational philosophy lies in its ability to integrate modern knowledge with Islamic values, creating an educational paradigm that meets contemporary challenges without losing its identity and cultural roots in Islam. Through the application of Islamic educational philosophy, which emphasizes the integration of science and religion, students are expected to develop into insan kamil (complete human beings) who contribute to societal progress and meet the demands of the workforce and social life while maintaining strong moral and ethical foundations. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic educational philosophy in enhancing human resource quality and highlights various approaches to achieve these objectives.
