Analisis Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Karyawan Lintas Generasi di PT. X

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in accommodating diverse perspectives, facilitating collaboration, and motivating cross-generational employees at PT. X. The phenomenon of generational diversity in the workplace includes Generations X, Y, and Z, each with distinct values and expectations. The research employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship program (Praktik Kerja Lapangan). The main challenges of generational diversity are reflected in different work styles: Generation Z emphasizes flexibility, while Generations X and Y prioritize loyalty and result orientation. The findings indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in motivating, inspiring, and bridging intergenerational gaps.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengakomodasi perbedaan perspektif, memfasilitasi kolaborasi, serta memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan lintas generasi di PT. X. Fenomena keberagaman generasi alam dunia kerja mencakup Generasi X, Y, dan Z dengan nilai serta ekspektasi yang berbeda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama program PKL (Praktik Kerja Lapangan). Tantangan utama dari keberagaman generasi diungkapkan melalui gaya masing-masing gaya kerja, Generasi Z menekankan fleksibelitas, sedangkan Generasi X dan Y mengutamakan loyalitas dan orientasi hasil. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam memotivasi, menginspiraasi, dan menjembatani kesenjangan antargenerasi.
