This research aims to understand how the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission oversees digital media and the legal rules governing its authority over digital media. Broadcasting problem is very complicated, with unclear supervision and weakening authority of Indonesian Broadcasting Commission in supervising digital media. By using normative research method. The research concludes that: 1. Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) has authority regulated in Broadcasting Law. The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission is in charge of establishing Broadcasting Code of Conduct and compiling Broadcast Program Standards, which include obligations, limits, violations, and broadcasting arrangements, as well as sanctions for violators. With its broad authority, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission ensures that broadcasting in Indonesia complies with legal and ethical principles, and has a positive impact on society. 2. The supervision of digital media in Indonesia is the responsibility of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), which regulates internet content through various regulations and policies, including blocking sites that violate the law.
