In the era of modern globalization, human life today has caused many sources of conflict in transactions between business actors and consumers. One of them is caused by the mismatch between the price labels listed on the sales display. In this situation, consumers are greatly disadvantaged due to the mismatch in the price label, even though consumers should have more effective protection rights. This article discusses the impact of the mismatch in the price label on the protection of consumer rights, both in the context of national and international law. The research method we use is normative juridical with a case approach that aims to identify consumer protection regulations and the responsibilities of business actors. The results of the study show that the mismatch in prices listed on the sales display and system can be classified as a violation of consumer rights if there is an element of intent or negligence on the part of business actors with the aim of harming consumers. In addition, the regulations that have been formed need to be strengthened again to be more responsive to the dynamics of e-commerce and consumer behavior in the digital era.
