Penyelesaian Atas Pelanggaran Siaran Televisi Oleh KPID Jawa Timur Dalam Menjalankan Tugas Dan Wewenang Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Di Era Teknologi Terhadap Masyarakat

Indonesia is a country that is diverse in life, not only in terms of ethnicity, language, race and religion. Indonesian people also have various kinds of enjoyment regarding television broadcasts which they enjoy as entertainment in the life of the country. Technological advances that have been felt by all levels of Indonesian society indicate that our nation is not left behind by developed countries out there. However, there are always side-by-side negative impacts if we can enjoy something good. The role of KPID here is carried out as an independent institution which was directly formed to supervise within the scope of television and radio broadcasting which must comply with the regulations and laws that have been issued. it's legal, KPID carries out follow-up actions or carries out its duties and authorities in accordance with the law that has been formed and its implementation has been legalized, it has also been carried out with the existence of Law Number 32 of 2002 as a guideline used by KPID to carry out its duties and authorities, not only that, KPID also adhering to the Broadcasting Code of Conduct (P3) and Broadcast Program Standards (SPS).
