PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT RAFFLY HDPE INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT Raffly HDPE Indonesia. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include both primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total of 63 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 27. The analytical techniques applied include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The partial hypothesis test for the work discipline variable (X1) shows t-count > t-table (4.779 > 2.000) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Similarly, the compensation variable (X2) shows t-count > t-table (8.186 > 2.000), also indicating a significant effect. The simultaneous hypothesis test reveals F-count > F-table (36.410 > 3.15) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that both variables together significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.548, meaning that work discipline and compensation jointly contribute 54.8% to employee performance, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other unexamined factors
